Several hotels are located within 2–5 km of the IIIT Bangalore campus in the Electronics City area. A list of recommended hotels with negotiated conference rates will be published closer to the conference. We encourage participants to book early as November is a busy season for Bengaluru.
For participants preferring central Bengaluru, areas such as Koramangala, HSR Layout, and Silk Board offer good connectivity to Electronics City via road, namma metro and bus.
International participants requiring an Indian visa are advised to apply well in advance. India offers an e-Visa facility for citizens of many countries, available through the official Indian e-Visa portal. The conference organisation can provide official invitation letters upon request to support visa applications.
