Digital Public Infrastructures (DPIs) are transforming how we interact with technology at scale, but true data privacy requires more than just checking an "accept" box.
We are inviting developers, app builders, and innovators to build the next generation of privacy-first applications powered by AnumatiDPI.
AnumatiDPI is a modular and extensible consent manager specifically engineered for Digital Public Infrastructures. Unlike traditional, application-specific consent managers, AnumatiDPI acts as an application-agnostic trust layer. It routes data permissions via standardized consent artifacts without ever touching the underlying data payload itself while ensuring adherence to privacy regulations.
Its domain-agnostic design seamlessly bridges multiple heterogeneous applications across a digital ecosystem. Similar to modern payment gateways that function over standard interoperable protocols like UPI (Unified Payments Interface), a DPI consent manager becomes part of the application flow without being tied to any single platform. AnumatiDPI itself doesn’t manage, store, or process the underlying personal data. Instead, it handles standardized consent tokens, completely decoupling permission routing from actual data payloads.

We are looking for visionary applications that leverage AnumatiDPI to solve real-world challenges across domains-- be it healthcare, education, finance, or governance.
Interested developers should submit a 2-page proposal document covering the following areas:
1. The Proposed App: A clear description of the application's core functionality, how it works, and how it utilizes AnumatiDPI for managing consent.
2. The Need: The specific problem your app solves and why a DPI-scale consent framework is essential for this use case.
3. Expected Beneficiaries: Who will use this app? Outline the target audience and how they will benefit from enhanced data sovereignty.
4. Landscape Survey: A brief survey of similar apps currently operating in this application area, highlighting how your proposed solution offers a structural or functional advantage.
5. Team Profile: A profile of the developer team and their background experience.

Selected teams from these proposal submissions will be invited to attend the “DPIs and its Social Impact” workshop as part of WebSciX 2026 conference WebSciX 2026 .
The workshop will feature tutorials and community-building sessions that developers can use to engage with other participants.
Developers are eligible for a discounted registration fee (students and developers tier) to participate in the conference.
Developer teams that can showcase a prototype app within 3 months of the workshop would be eligible to apply for incubation at the IIITB Innovation Center to incubate their startup, if they wish to do so. Note that the Innovation Center would have its own selection process for choosing startups to incubate.
